Who operates Kahramana

Infraengineering s.r.o., Company ID 24192953, with its registered office at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, operates Kahramana. Registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 187349.

Information we collect

We collect the information required to operate Kahramana responsibly, including account identity data, workspace settings, subscription records, and the operational inputs needed to render signals, outcomes, and execution posture inside the product.

Authentication handling

Authentication is handled through our identity provider. Kahramana receives the identity information required to create and maintain your workspace, such as your authenticated subject identifier, name, and email address.

Analytics and product usage

We use product analytics, audit events, and operational telemetry to keep the service reliable, understand feature usage, investigate failures, and improve decision-quality surfaces. We do not present that telemetry as guaranteed trading performance.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscription and payment details are processed through Stripe. Kahramana stores the Stripe customer and subscription references needed to manage billing state, trials, renewals, and customer portal access.

Data retention

We retain account, workspace, billing, and audit records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain a trustworthy operating trail.
